8 yr old cob mare , nature is very sweet , for sale only as daughter has lost confidence with her handling as she is quite strong on the ground and bolshy , needs a firmer hand , as my daughter is very slight built, the pony has took advantage of her . had her since may , past-ported . she had an abscess on her left hind from a kick at the yard we got her from , and it formed the week we got her . now has been cleared by the vet , can get proof on request , vet said she was ready to ride and is sound, but my daughter has lost all confidence in her , so she is sitting in field getting fat !! so with a sad heart we have decided she needs a home with a confident handler ,when my daughter rode her she was very laid back , not phased in traffic so its the handling thats an issue with my daughter , she is good with me to lead but is on her toes untill she realises i wont be dragged , and walks lovely , the issue im afraid is my daughters confidence and she is to much horse for her ( as my daughter is 7stone) good to box , good with farrier . needs her to have a home where she will get worked and enjoy her , feel free to contact me for more information, open for
